A fun way to give yourself support and keep up your motivation is to leave goals related messages on your voice mail—daily or at least weekly at the beginning of the week.
For example you might want to leave a message on your machine saying:
“I have completed the article today that I wanted to write to publicize my new book.”
You can also leave personal encouragement especially if you’re having a hard day.
The message might be:
“I really appreciate myself for all the effort and persistence I’ve been demonstrating this week to reach my goal of having a very successful book that is a best seller”.
